The job duties of the Master Electrician include but are not limited to maintaining a Master Electrician license, obtaining necessary permits and performing electrical work as required for construction, upgrade and maintenance projects for all City Facilities and Equipment. Under limited direction schedules and prioritizes daily work; collects data for proper allocation of expenses to various departments makes recommendation for immediate repair, scheduled repair and budgeting for repairs to a variety of Department Heads. The employee will function as a crew leader, overseeing assigned maintenance helpers.
Wage range is $61,658 - $89,412 and includes full City benefit package (Single or family health insurance package, KPERS, vacation, sick leave and paid holidays).
