Make Plans to Attend KCKCC’s Winter Vocal Jazz Concert

The KCKCC Music Department will be hosting its Winter Vocal Jazz Concert next month.

The concert is at 7 p.m. Dec. 1 in the KCKCC Performing Arts Center, which is on the main campus, 7250 State Ave.

The concert will feature five of the college’s music ensembles – Blue Devil Funk Band and the Advanced Jazz Combo as well as three vocal jazz ensembles including the Community Jazz Choir, Fusion and The Standard.

The concert is free and open to the public. Donations will be taken for the jazz ensembles to attend the National Conference of the Jazz Education Network in Orlando, Fla. in January.
