Tracey Mann, serving as a U.S. Congress representative for Kansas’ 1st district, has shared several opinions via Twitter concerning current political actions and policies by President Biden. Representing the Republican perspective, Mann provides critical commentary on the Biden administration’s handling of immigration, energy independence, and Second Amendment rights.

On April 7, 2025, Mann addressed the issue of immigration. He criticized President Biden for permitting a significant number of illegal immigrants into the United States after succeeding former President Trump. Mann stated, “After inheriting the most secure border in decades from President Trump, President Biden let 16 million illegal immigrants into the country. The SAVE Act helps @POTUS clean up President Biden’s mess, restores faith in the integrity of our nation’s elections, and strengthens our”.

Continuing his critiques, on April 8, 2025, Mann denounced President Biden’s regulatory policies under the Green New Deal, stating that they hindered rural America’s potential growth and prosperity. He emphasized the efforts by the House GOP to counteract these regulations and promote energy independence by saying, “President Biden’s Green New Deal regulatory agenda handcuffed rural America and threatened our livelihoods. @HouseGOP is working around the clock to roll back burdensome Biden-era regulations to unleash American energy independence and allow rural America to thrive again. “.

Later, on the same day, Mann expressed concerns about President Biden undermining the Second Amendment through a zero-tolerance policy, which Mann referred to as a power grab. He applauded notable figures like Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, and Kash Patel for their dedication to maintaining the Second Amendment. Mann stated, “President Biden’s zero tolerance policy was a DC power grab to undermine the Second Amendment and trample on the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens. I applaud @realDonaldTrump, @AGPamBondi, and @Kash_Patel for their commitment to strengthening the Second Amendment”.
