SCCC celebrates National Ice Cream Month

LIBERAL, Kan. – July is National Ice Cream Month and Seward County Community College will once again celebrate the occasion by giving away ice cream all month long!

SCCC will be handing out ice cream, on a first-come, first-serve basis, at various locations, beginning with Liberal Memorial Library, this Wednesday, July 13 at noon. 

The college will also be at the Liberal Recreation Center on Wednesday, July 20 at noon. Other locations will be announced. Follow SCCC on social media – twitter, Instagram and facebook – for all upcoming events.

In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day.
