Census Bureau: More men than women in Plains in 2020

Of the 1,301 people living in Plains in 2020, 48 percent (625) were women and 52 percent (676) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Kansas News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 2. In the 65 and over age range, there were 49 females and 65 males.
