Jacobi Sebock Earns KJCCC DI "Player of the Week" Honors | Dodge City Community College
For the second straight week the Dodge City men's basketball team has a player named KJCCC Division I "Player of the Week."
This week Jacobi Sebock gets the nod for the "Player of the Week" honors after Jason Edwards earned the honors last week.
Sebock and the Conquistadors topped Cloud County 82-80 in the final game before the Christmas break and the freshman had a stellar performance in the battle for first place. He recorded a double-double with 20 points on 8-13 shooting going 1-2 from three-point range and 3-4 from the free throw line while adding 15 rebounds, one assist, two steals, and one block.
On the season Sebock is averaging 12.5 points per game on 50% shooting and adding 7.5 rebounds, one assist, and 1.5 steals per game. His 7.5 rebounds per game ranks ninth in the KJCCC.
The Conqs are back in action shortly after the holiday as they take the court at home against #5 Indian Hills on Saturday, December 31st at 3:00 pm.
