69.7% of Finney County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 38,338 citizens living in Finney County in 2021, 69.7% were old enough to vote, equating to 26,724 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 13,766 were male, constituting 51.5%, and 12,958 were female, making up 48.5%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Finney County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 75.6%.
