On March 10, 2025, Tracey Mann tweeted about the achievements of President Biden and the House GOP in relation to American energy independence, border security, and spending. "Promises made, promises kept. In 50 days, @POTUS and @HouseGOP have done more to unleash American energy independence, secure our border, and rein in wasteful spending than President Biden did in four years."

The following day, March 11, Mann reflected on his upbringing in Kansas. He highlighted his personal experience working on a family farm and emphasized the challenges faced by those in agriculture. "As a fifth generation Kansan having grown up on my family farm, I spent thousands of hours on horseback riding pens and doctoring sick cattle at our preconditioning feedlot. I understand the grit, tenacity, and courage it takes to make a living in agriculture."
