Mann stated that "President Trump's tax cuts served as a lifeline for rural communities that saw new investments for business and jobs."

In his tweet from March 14, 2025, he claimed that "ICE recently discovered that the Biden Administration lied about tens of thousands illegal immigrants they “arrested.”" According to Mann, these arrests were actually processed by President Biden and Vice President Harris who then released them into the country.
