In his recent series of statements, Mann discusses agricultural, immigration, and water resource management concerns, highlighting ongoing dialogues with national and regional organizations.

On April 2, 2025, Mann shared his engagement with the National Association of Wheat Growers. "Last week, I met with the National Association of Wheat Growers to talk about the importance of passing a five-year, comprehensive Farm Bill that supports producers in the Big First and beyond.
