On April 15, 2025, Mann drew attention to the issue of intoxicated driving. He noted, "The United States loses an average of 37 Americans each day to intoxicated driving. By requiring intoxicated driving offenders to use an ignition interlock device for six months after their first offense, we reduce the likelihood of individuals becoming repeat offenders."

Later the same day, Mann commented on immigration policies under the current administration, stating, "The Biden-Harris Administration ushered 16 million illegal immigrants into the country. President Trump promised to secure our border once and for all and restore common sense policies that keep Americans safe." Mann emphasized March's record-low for illegal crossings at the southern border.

On April 16, 2025, Mann expressed his stance on election integrity, tweeting, "Kansans overwhelmingly agree that only American citizens should vote in our elections. That is why I voted to pass the SAVE Act in the House of Representatives, which strengthens election integrity and ensures U.S. citizens are the only ones in our voting booths."
