Born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976, Mann now resides in Salina and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000.

On May 9, 2025, Tracey Mann shared his perspective on President Trump's administration via Twitter. In his tweet, he expressed support for the president's actions during the first hundred days in office: "Between securing our border, cutting waste, fraud, and abuse from our government spending, and unleashing American energy dominance, @POTUS has delivered to Make America Great Again."
