Tracey Mann, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Kansas' 1st district, recently shared insights on his legislative activities and personal experiences via social media. Mann, who has been serving since 2021 after succeeding Roger Marshall, discussed topics ranging from agricultural policy to social welfare programs.

On June 3, 2025, Mann met with leaders from the Kansas Farm Bureau to deliberate on how the House GOP is supporting farmers and ranchers in his district. He emphasized the necessity for a "five-year, fiscally conservative Farm Bill" and highlighted how their proposed "One Big Beautiful Bill" aims to provide stability by expanding crop insurance.

Later that day, Mann elaborated on the provisions of the "One Big Beautiful Bill," stating that it enhances Medicaid coverage and SNAP benefits for vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and single mothers with young children.

In another post on June 3rd, Mann reflected on his background in agriculture by sharing his experiences as a former FFA chapter president. He expressed pride in being Co-Chair of the Congressional FFA Caucus, noting how his time in FFA has been instrumental throughout his career from working on his family farm to serving in Congress.

Tracey Mann was born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently resides in Salina. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000.
