On June 18, 2025, Dr. Marshall commented on a recent Supreme Court decision regarding Tennessee legislation. He posted, "Fixed the headline for you CBS: The Supreme Court upholds a TN law that bans child mutilation and sterilization." He described this as a "huge win for common sense and basic humanity."

Later that day, Dr. Marshall discussed firearms legislation with his followers. In a tweet from June 18, 2025, he announced his introduction of the SHORT Act aimed at revising firearm regulations. He stated, "Short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns are two of the firearms of choice for home defense. My bill, the SHORT Act, will roll back the radical overreach against the 2A and protect the rights of gun owners."

The following day, on June 19, 2025, Dr. Marshall highlighted an environmental development concerning Cheney Reservoir in Kansas. He shared that "recent heavy rains has given Cheney Reservoir a much-needed boost!"
