Dr. Roger Marshall, U.S. Senator from Kansas, posted a series of tweets on July 31 and August 1, 2025, addressing topics ranging from product labeling to federal fitness initiatives and legislative records.

On July 31, Dr. Marshall commented on Starbucks' adoption of MAHA (Making America Healthy Again), questioning the terminology used for almond-based beverages: ".@Starbucks we're glad you're on board with MAHA, but when will you acknowledge that it's not almond milk, it’s almond JUICE? We all know the truth."

Later that day, he referenced the reintroduction of the Presidential Fitness Test in schools, attributing its return to former President Donald Trump and highlighting its origins under President Eisenhower: "Kansans know a thing or two about Making America Healthy Again — thanks to President @realDonaldTrump, the Presidential Fitness Test, a program originally initiated by Kansas’ own President Eisenhower, is coming back to our schools. " The Presidential Fitness Test was first established during Dwight D. Eisenhower's administration as part of an effort to promote physical fitness among American youth.

On August 1, Dr. Marshall addressed misinformation regarding his committee assignments and voting record: "This is objectively false. I am not even on HSGAC Committee. And to boot, I voted in FAVOR of this bill last Congress. Any outlet or social media account who says otherwise is dead wrong." In the U.S. Senate, members often respond publicly to claims about their legislative activities or committee roles.

Dr. Roger Marshall has served as a senator since 2021 and frequently uses social media platforms to communicate with constituents and clarify his positions on policy matters.
