Dr. Roger Marshall, U.S. Senator for Kansas, posted a series of updates on his social media account in mid-August 2025, highlighting local economic developments and commenting on national law enforcement actions.

On August 13, 2025, Dr. Marshall shared his experience attending the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Maize: "It was great spending time in Maize to celebrate the opening of Charlotte Pipe and Foundry’s new manufacturing facility — which will produce PVC pipes for plumbing and irrigation across the U.S. This is a great addition to our state and major win for Kansas manufacturing and https://t.co/xn1zWKxNGx".

The following day, Dr. Marshall commented on federal action against drug cartels: "On his first day in office, President @realDonaldTrump promised to go after drug cartels, designating them as foreign terrorist organizations. Today’s extradition of 26 Mexican cartel members to America is another example of Promises Made, Promises Kept. https://t.co/Ujdw6Xiyhx" (August 14, 2025).

Also on August 14, Dr. Marshall posted about a local business visit: "The best barber in Kansas — great to see you, Bruce https://t.co/Y4m7txfe20".

Charlotte Pipe and Foundry's new facility marks an expansion of manufacturing capabilities in Kansas and is expected to support both local employment opportunities and national supply chains for plumbing and irrigation products.

Dr. Marshall has frequently used his platform to highlight developments relevant to Kansans as well as broader policy issues such as border security measures undertaken by previous presidential administrations.
