On September 11, 2025, Marshall marked the anniversary of the terrorist attacks that took place in 2001 by stating, "Today marks a solemn day in our nation’s history as we reflect on one of the most devastating attacks on American soil. September 11th remains etched in our collective memory. We honor the lives lost and the extraordinary heroism of our first responders on that day."

The following day, he commemorated Charlie Kirk with a tribute: "Charlie Kirk will be remembered as a faith-first leader who stood unapologetically for truth, and inspired young Americans do the same. His impact cannot be overstated, and it’s our job to keep his legacy alive." The post refers to Kirk's influence among young conservatives and his role as an outspoken advocate for faith-based leadership.

Shortly after this message, Marshall commented on actions taken by former President Donald Trump regarding federal law enforcement agencies: "President @realDonaldTrump is restoring faith in the FBI and the Justice Department.
