Tracey Mann, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Kansas’ 1st district since 2021, has recently shared his views and initiatives through a series of tweets. Mann, who succeeded Roger Marshall in this role, was born in Quinter, Kansas, and resides in Salina. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2000.

On January 28, 2025, Mann tweeted about conservation efforts in Kansas: “For more than a decade Kansans have enacted voluntary conservation efforts to preserve the lesser prairie-chicken’s population. I introduced legislation to roll back burdensome regulations from the previous administration that handcuffed Americans.”

Later on the same day, Mann addressed political developments following the November 2024 elections: “On November 5, 2024, 77 million Americans gave Washington, D.C. a mandate. I am laser focused on working with President Trump to deliver that mandate and get our country back on track.”

On January 29, 2025, Mann celebrated Kansas Day by reflecting on the state’s history and spirit: “Happy Kansas Day! 164 years ago, Kansas became the 34th state to join the union. The pioneer spirit of our Kansas ancestors inspired our state motto, ‘Ad Astra per Aspera’, to the stars through difficulty. It’s a spirit that Kansans embrace today & one that’s so easy celebrate.”
