Tracey Mann, a U.S. Congressman representing Kansas’ 1st district since 2021, has been vocal on various national issues through his social media presence. In recent posts, Mann has expressed concerns about energy policies and the ongoing fentanyl crisis.

On February 5, 2025, Tracey Mann criticized President Biden’s energy policies, stating: “For the past four years, President Biden’s anti-fossil fuel agenda weakened America’s energy self-reliance and our national security. On November 5, America mandated that we use the energy supply in our own backyard and put America’s best interests first.” He highlighted the perceived impact of these policies on national security.

In another post dated February 6, 2025, Mann addressed the issue of fentanyl trafficking across the southern border. He claimed: “Fentanyl is the number one cause of death among adults 18-49. This deadly drug has been steadily flowing through our southern border since 2021, and President Biden refused to do anything about it.” He mentioned a significant portion of Americans who trust other leadership on national matters.

Later on February 6, Mann discussed legislative measures to combat fentanyl overdoses: “Nearly 150 Americans die each day due to fentanyl overdoses. This is not normal, and it is a national security crisis.” He announced plans by @HouseGOP to pass the HALT Fentanyl Act aimed at increasing penalties related to fentanyl offenses.
