Tracey Mann, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Kansas’ 1st district, has recently shared his thoughts on various topics through a series of tweets. Mann, who succeeded Roger Marshall in 2021 and is an alumnus of Kansas State University, continues to advocate for policies that align with his constituents’ interests.

On June 4, 2025, Tracey Mann expressed satisfaction with the recent legislative developments concerning energy policy. He stated that “In November, Americans overwhelmingly voted for commonsense energy policies that promote American energy dominance. @HouseGOP delivered on that mandate in our One Big Beautiful Bill.” Mann emphasized the commitment to fulfilling promises made during electoral campaigns.

Later the same day, Mann highlighted his visit to the Lawrence Hydropower Plant. He tweeted about his experience at the facility on June 4, 2025: “I visited the Lawrence Hydropower Plant to learn more about how they’re using renewable resources to generate reliable, affordable energy for Kansans.” He underscored the significance of such facilities in pursuing a comprehensive energy strategy prioritizing American energy independence.

On June 5, 2025, Mann addressed food security issues related to Kansas farmers’ contributions to global hunger alleviation efforts. He remarked: “My home state of Kansas has a storied history of leveraging our farmers’ generosity to combat global hunger.” As Co-Chair of the House Hunger Caucus, he advocated for effective administration of aid programs.

Tracey Mann was born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently resides in Salina. Since beginning his congressional service in 2021 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in 2000, he has been active in addressing key issues impacting both local and national levels.
