Tracey Mann, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Kansas’ 1st district since 2021, recently shared several statements on social media addressing key issues and events relevant to his constituents. As the representative of the top cattle-producing district in the nation, Mann emphasized the significance of National Beef Month and discussed important industry matters with members of the Beef Alliance.

On May 16, 2025, Mann highlighted National Beef Month by stating, “May is National Beef Month, and as the representative of the number one cattle-producing district in the country, I know how critical the beef industry is to our economy.” He expressed gratitude for meeting with members of the Beef Alliance to discuss extending President Trump’s 2017 tax reforms.

The following day, May 17, 2025, Mann underscored agriculture’s role in America by tweeting that “Agriculture is the backbone of America, and our farmers, ranchers, and agricultural producers shouldn’t be left guessing about the future.” He noted that @HouseAgGOP had taken a significant opportunity to provide stability and necessary tools for agricultural communities.

On May 19, 2025, Tracey Mann expressed concern for those affected by severe weather conditions. He tweeted “Audrey and I are praying for the Grinnell community following this evening’s devastating tornadoes.” He assured constituents that he was coordinating with local authorities to offer assistance in securing resources needed after these storms.

Tracey Mann has been actively serving Kansas’ agricultural interests since taking over from Roger Marshall in Congress. Born in Quinter in 1976 and currently residing in Salina at age 46, he graduated from Kansas State University with a BS degree in 2000.
