The KCKCC women’s basketball team continues to receive votes in the latest NJCAA DII Top 20 Poll, the national office announced on Monday. The Blue Devils are one of four teams receiving votes outside of the Top 20 with a 10-3 overall record.
The Blue Devils ended the first semester in December with a 2-1 record after defeating Graceland University JV and Missouri Baptist JV, before falling to now No. 8 Illinois Central College.
There are five total teams in the Top 20 Poll that are undefeated, including No. 1 CCBC Essex. No. 4 Johnson County CC and No. 9 Labette CC are the only other teams in the KJCCC ranked in the poll.
KCKCC will play their first game since early December this Saturday when they host State Fair CC at 1 p.m.
